How Subscriptions Work ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── If we offer a subscription product (such as a Monthly Printables Club or ongoing access to new releases), here's how it works: Billing: • You're charged on the same day each month • First charge happens immediately when you subscribe • Renewal charges process automatically on your billing date • We'll email you 3 days before each renewal What You Get: • Access to new printables each month • Full archive of past releases (if applicable to your tier) • Early access to new products • Member-only discounts Subscription charges are separate from one-time product purchases. Cancellation ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── You can cancel anytime. No fees. No penalties. No questions asked. To cancel: 1. Log into your account at contact@newjournal.shop 2. Go to Account → Subscriptions 3. Click "Cancel subscription" 4. Confirm cancellation Or email contact@newjournal.shop and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours. What happens when you cancel: • You keep access until the end of your current billing period • You won't be charged again • You keep all printables you've already downloaded • You can resubscribe anytime at the current price Example: If you subscribe on March 5 and cancel on March 20, you keep access until April 5 (when your next charge would have been). Then your access ends. Refunds for Subscriptions ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Why? You receive the full month's content immediately when you subscribe. We can't "take back" digital files you've already downloaded. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't prorate or refund partial months. If there's a technical issue (you were charged twice, you didn't receive your content, or something broke on our end), email contact@newjournal.shop immediately. We'll fix it or refund you. Pausing Your Subscription ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── We don't offer pause functionality. If you need a break, cancel your subscription. You can resubscribe anytime. Price Changes ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers keep their current rate for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll pay the current price at that time. Failed Payments ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── If your payment fails: • We'll email you immediately • We'll retry the charge 3 times over 7 days • If all retries fail, your subscription is automatically cancelled • You can resubscribe anytime by updating your payment method Free Trials (If Applicable) ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── If we offer a free trial: • You won't be charged during the trial period • We'll email you 3 days before the trial ends • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for your first month • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
